So disappointing. For as much as this watch cost and they placed a cheap band on it not big enough to fit a man’s wrist. What happen to inspections of items before and after to ensure customer is receiving what they paid for. And the fact when we returned it the service ppl wanted to argue. Who does that? We were duped just like you only it’s not our problem that you failed to inspect the returned item before placing it back up for sale for another to purchase.
