A let down

Truth be told I bought this when it first came out but I hadn't read the main series so it's been sitting on my bookshelf. That being said now that I've read the first 7 books (for reference I started the 8th pretty much right after I finished the 7th) this book didn't have the same heart to it, the characters seemed off, especially Harry and Hermione, Albus was honestly just irritating, there were so many things that were just completely unnecessary with this, the only plus is that because it's a screenplay it was short - I'm not sure I would've been able to finish it otherwise. Overall I would not read again nor recommend.

Worst book ever.

All of the 5 star reviews have to be fake. This "book" was an insult to the entire Harry Potter franchise, and anyone who grew up loving the books. I honestly wonder if JK even read this before allowing it to be published. All this is, is terrible fan fiction.
