Disappointed

Item came damaged, I was told I’d receive a label in three days and I still haven’t for them to pick up the damaged item! I reordered the same product and it’s scheduled to take longer than the initial order! Super disappointed!

Buyer Beware

Not a Macy product, so don’t expect Macy level of service, if that is what you are use to. Customer Service is not handled by MacyBed or Macy Furniture, setup not included (as is the case with Macys products), and delivery is a far cry from when original delivery date (5-days longer)
