Chewable Beauty Supplement

I bought this for general collagen needed in early 30s, wanted firmer skin, better hair etc.Well, I've been taking these fior 3 mos now and they appear to be doing what they are supposed to - my hair's never been shinier and i'm trimming my nails every 2 days. Appears to be helping with skin texture, as well.I'm not a supplement genius, but if you're not worried about non-vegan gummies, it's a good product for the price.

Bite-Sized Beauty

Ive been taking these for about 2 weeks and I am starting to notice that the base of my hair is looking and feeling thinker. I have naturally very thin hair so I have to be consistent with hair vitamins in order to keep my hair looking thick. I love that these have collagen as well as biotin. When I just take biotin alone I notice that my hair grows very fast, but is still thin. So I usually like to take a hair vitamin complex. The collagen is also making my skin really soft. And the fact that these literally taste like candy is always a bonus. lol. Makes it easy to remember to take them consistently.

Gummies for Glow

Interesting taste- it's more tangy or like a sour candy than I expected, but it's not bad. I have seen some improvement in my skin over the past couple weeks. My beautician actually asked if I was doing something differently because my skin looked firmer, so I'm happy.
