Protect your health
I have been taking this supplement daily for 2 1/2 following cancer treatments. As one may anticipate from a green tea supplement
It's too soon to tell if I lost weight because I didn't change my lifestyle other than adding this product, but I have issues with poor GI transit, and this appears to have helped me move my intestines at a healthy pace.
