Worst knives ever!
The large chef knife wouldn’t cut all the way through anything because parts of the blade do not touch the cutting surface. They have micro-serrations on every knife. This is NOT clearly stated on online description. The knives are trash. UNUSABLE. I would not recommend and I would not buy again. Waste of money. I have to get a whole new set.

Flawed
I have history with this particular knife. I like the weight and feel of it in my hand, I never had any issues with the Henckels. I was excited to finally have a set of my own, I got them home put them out on the counter when I went to use them, I found they aren't balanced, I almost cut myself. I have to make deliberate cuts carefully which is more time consuming. The sale price WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!

Received gift card that was damaged and not usable! Have tried repeatedly to get the $89.83 transferred as a credit to my Macy's credit card. Customer service says they have taken care of it but they haven't. Currently have an active Better Business Complaint filed with Macy's.
