Very disappointed ordered this product on the 9th of November already paid for it and it’s still processing can’t get a hold of anyone to ask where’s my product

Needed a carving set for the holidays and purchased this set. The price was right and so far so good. The fork is nice and sturdy, and has long tines, which really gripe the meat when carving. The carver is one piece construction with a full tang, which makes for effortless carving, and nice even slices. We have used this set for poultry, beef and pork and we are very pleased with how it works.
