The Upgrade…?

It was time to replace my large multi-use everything skillet. Went from Calphalon William Sonoma edition that is no longer a a m to Hestan’s top of line Nanobond titanium. Make sure you read the instructions or introduction on Hestan, these pieces are not nonstick surfaces. The craftsmanship is beautiful. The flushed rivets are very eye catchy, the handle doesn’t over heat, I read a reviewers complaint about the edges not being completely incapsulated, I had to verify this myself and it’s true but it doesn’t affect the product or its ability to perform. As long as the exposed rolled edges don’t rust I will say there’s a good reason for this design. After first use my pan developed the discoloration mentioned in the intro book that came with it, knowing that it can easily be brought back to its original luster is good enough for me to not complain about this. The pan comes to heat rapidly which is nice. It is imperative that some type of oil, butter, bacon grease etc. is used, hard lesson. I like to look at my food while it cooks, I wish there was a glass lid for this pan not just stainless. And now for the most impressive part, the bottom of the pan has no scratches after using an electric stove. I’m a believer that the nanobonding works.

Defective. Warranty Claim Submitted. Ignored

I bought a four piece Hestan Nanobond cookware set. The small skillet is defective; a 3 or so inch strip of metal has delaminated along the outer rim of the pan...their website touts guaranteed customer satisfaction and a lifetime warranty. So, I submitted a warranty claim. In December, 2024, they advised that the pan would be replaced, but is out of stock until the end of March. They are now not responding to emails. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General. DO NOT BUY.

Well Worth the Price

Love, love, love this set!!! Durable, cooks well, easy cleanup and perfect sizes. Although it is the most I have ever spent on a set of pots and pans, it is well worth it and would do it again. I shall check out what other items they have to offer. Definitely recommend!

so happy with my purchase

I'm thrilled with my new Hestan nano stainless steel cookware set! Initially, I was skeptical about stainless steel due to concerns about sticking, but after watching YouTube tutorials and doing extensive research, I felt confident in my purchase. I'm so glad I took the chance! With proper preheating, food doesn't stick at all. My only minor complaint is that the shipping packaging was a bit loose, but fortunately, everything arrived intact. Overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new cookware and highly recommend it.
