LOVE This Roaster

This is the perfect size for small-ish cuts of meat/poultry. My first use was a baby rack of lamb, and it came out perfect! Rare, juicy and tender with a crispy top. The stainless really holds the oven heat and cooks all sides (including the top and bottom) because the rack is raised. Next up was a roaster chicken, with the same results. Allow pan to cool before trying to clean. Just soak in HOT, soapy water and then clean up with a non-scratch Scrub Mommy. The rack is easy put and and removed. AND it is sooo pretty…the handles have a decorative cursive H. And there are no rivets from the handles on the insiides of the pan… Just cannot recommend this pan highly enough. Superior quality, pretty and easy to clean. What more could you want?

The only roaster you’ll ever need!

I bought the larger size a while ago and it is such high quality, durable and stunning stainless steel that I bought the other size available. I even bought one as a gift for my sister. An excellent buy!

Hestan 14. 5" Roasting Pan w/rack

I have the full set of Hestan Copperbond and wanted a roaster also, so I purchased the 14. 5" pan w/rack. I love cooking with all my Hestan cookware, I even bought an Essential Pan too. Great quality and I love that I can someday pass it on to a relative or friend.

My favorite cookware. Truly stunning and functional. They clean up well - occasionally just need to let it soak in some Dawn and warm water, but any residue comes right off. These are lifetime pieces.

Perfect size for singles, couples, small families

14. 5-inch Classic Clad Roaster with Rack - This is the first roaster I've found that fits my Breville Smart Oven. It is magnificent and just the right size for me. I have the sheet pans, oval gratin in the medium and small sizes, the set of 3 baking pans, the loaf pan, the mixing bowls. . . . everything is top notch. I highly recommend all. My new favorites are the 1/8th sheet pans with racks and the mini gratin dishes. Great for baking or reheating meals.

Roaster

I love this roasting pan. It’s deep enough for a lasagna and also big enough for a 15 lb turkey. I had room for a bigger turkey. It’s easy to clean and also looks great for presentation.
