If you are serious about it!!! Buy this book!!!

Yeah, as I plowed through the contents I was overwhelmed at the author's depth of knowledge about her subject and her attention to detail. I put this book on the same level as another running classic. "The Lore of Running" by Tim Noakes. Both books are chock full of information that will be pure gold to running enthusiasts who fit this niche. Perhaps the author is also breaking some age related barriers. After all, being a master athlete is not for sissies and this book can only add to your running experience and would make a fine addition to your library.
