Great quality

This is a quality backpack from High Sierra. It's very roomy with padding for a tablet or laptop. The front compartment has little pockets for your phone, pens, and sundries.

I bought on 11/29/2024 now 12/7/2024 the shippment for this backpack still unconfirmed when to receive.

Disappointed with the unprofessional approach.

Disappointed with Macy’s unprofessional attitude towards my online order. It reached the Fairoaks mall store, but was never informed to me by Macy’s manager. I personally visited and asked about my order showing the USPS tracking system as delivered in store, but the manager told me that it’s not in store yet and will be notified via email and text about pickup. Frustrated, I called the customer service and they confirmed that the order was returned and they have issued a refund without my permission and knowledge. This was utterly irresponsible behavior from such a renowned organization like Macy’s.

the gray one had a label of 65 California warning!

why Mayc's didn't mention the warning under description box so we can read before we buy! I received it today ,found the warning in the bag label.!!!!
