I ordered this sweater, and I did not try to wear it until a few months later. The sleeves started coming apart from the body of the sweater. I was very disappointed. It was too late to return.

Cropped sweaters

I am sorry to say that your sweater has knotted up so badly that I cannot wear it anymore. I purchased the sweater for work but it is not suitable to wear anymore. I followed your care label instructions but sweater still knotted up. I need to return sweater back to Macy’s and get my money back.☹️ I really liked the sweater! But…see above info.

horrible quality

Ordered this in October and it’s just now cold enough to wear here I Florida. Wore it once on Sunday for a few hours and it’s already pilling and there’s a hole in it. Mind you I didn’t even wash it yet! (Which I normally would with a new item) very disappointed Macy’s used to mean something.
