No Assembly Parts

What a terrible chair, parts missing to assemble this chair. Only receive two legs and no screws. The company that makes this chair emailed me. The email emailed stated for me to try to go find the parts and they will refund me around $40 .Returned the chair. Thought i would purchase it again hoping that the parts would be in the box. Same issue with the second chair no assembling parts.
