Advice: Don't order furniture directly from Macys

Ordered on Feb. 17 and as of March 9 product is officially listed as lost. Called Macy's and was transferred to the actually supplier of the product. It appears that Macy's get a commission on the sell of this product and has actual control over product once order has been placed.
