VERY SMALL DOES NOT HOLD QTY AS DESCRIBED

Quality was fine and putting together was easy enough. However, these racks absolutely do not hold 12 pairs of shoes (maybe children's shoes?) of shoes. I wear a women's 8.5 and this cannot even hold 3 pairs of my shoes per shelf. I would only buy this if you are repurposing or amount of shoes being held is not essential. I was able to successfully return for a refund, so my return experience was good.
