Absolutely no gripping power

Every time we use the bathroom the contour is all over the place - no staying power! Ditto on matching bath rug. Too bad, nice looking set.

Don’t wash them

These rugs were great until I washed them. They fell apart in my washing machine. Do Not waste your money on these mats!!!!

Color is off

The trim area is so sparse that the backing is quite visible. The color is off as well. I purchased color Linen, but it is more of a gold. It clashes with my furnishings.

Very poor quality

This item is misrepresented online. It looks nothing like it's photo and is not machine washable. As others have reported, it nearly disintegrated in the machine. Customer service will do nothing. They don't seem to care about retaining customer loyalty or providing a quality product.

A MESS FOR RUGS

NOT a good buy! Washed the rugs before using them. When I took them out of the wash half of each rug shook off onto the floor. What shook of looked like some type of animal hair. The color looks like mud. I am very disappointed and unhappy with these rugs.

The rugs did not match the online picture. I cannot believe that Macy’s would sell something so ugly and trashy!
