Disappointing

I unpacked the rugs and was immediately disappointed in the quality. I could actually see the backing through the front of the smaller rug. I thought maybe they looked this way from the packaging so I decided to wash them in an effort to make them fluffier. The rugs fell apart in my washer and dryer! There was SO much shedding that I had to clean my washer and dryer. The rug fibers were all over my pants from handling them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! And yes I am returning them even though they have been washed. They are trash.

Poor performance

These rugs slide all over my bathroom floor every time I go in there. They absolutely have no weight and no stick. Very disappointed.

Love size and color

Finally I found a long bath rug that fits 2 sinks. The color is nice and matches my bathroom, but the color is too light, whic requires wwashing more often.

Absolutely no gripping power

Every time we use the bathroom the contour is all over the place - no staying power! Ditto on matching bath rug. Too bad, nice looking set.

Don’t wash them

These rugs were great until I washed them. They fell apart in my washing machine. Do Not waste your money on these mats!!!!

Color is off

The trim area is so sparse that the backing is quite visible. The color is off as well. I purchased color Linen, but it is more of a gold. It clashes with my furnishings.

Very poor quality

This item is misrepresented online. It looks nothing like it's photo and is not machine washable. As others have reported, it nearly disintegrated in the machine. Customer service will do nothing. They don't seem to care about retaining customer loyalty or providing a quality product.
