Very difficult to use

The cord is too short. There's no way to put this under a table unless your table is on a wall directly in front of an outlet. Most of the buttons on the remote don't work. A battery for the remote was included and it didn't work. So, since you can't use the remote, you have to press the selections on the display if you want to change the speed or select a pre programmed mode. When you press fir a mode, the pedals start immediately, pedals before you can put your feet on them. This machine functionality is horrible.

The product stopped working

The product stopped working and Macy’s refused to accept s return in store because it was not in “saleable condition.” It stopped working after I used it twice. Do not waste your money buying this product.
