Shipping Takes Forever!

I ordered this dress on November 30 and I still haven't received it and it is December 11. I checked the tracking and it is sitting in Cincinnati that last two days. I live just 30 min north of this facility. So frustrating as I wanted this dress for an event. I hope the dress was worth the hassle and wait.

Quality is great, fits well

I have ordered lots of dresses from this brand. The quality and style are great but the biggest problem is that they all seem to be made for the exact same body type (large chested, medium height, small hips) which does not work for me. Thanks to the knit top of this dress, it is much more versatile than all of the others I’ve ordered. The knit material means that it conforms more to the shape of each wearer instead of bunching and gaping like the tops of their other dresses. I also sized down 1-2 sizes from their size chart and found that helped to get the right fit.

Very Disappointed on Macy's Customer Service - UTC

This dress was bough in error on December 20th. We wanted to return it since then but unfortunately this was left in Miami so just now we pick it up. My wife went today to return it to the UTC Mall Macy's store and she was told that Macy's could not do anything because it was shipped by a different vendor. My questions is, I bought the dress at Macys.com, with my Macys credit card and now they tell me that Macy's have nothing to do with the refund? This is extremely bad customer service. Please be aware of this.
