wrong item

Ordered red Hope & Henry red shirt, received boys sz lg blue flannel shirt. Returned shirt to Macy’s but I have to wait for refund because they don’t carry this brand in store, only online. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting…shame on you macys! You should honor the returns instore if you allow vendors to sell on your website. I don’t recommend buying from outside vendors.
