Plush Mattress Protector
Very plush. It added a new level of comfort to our adjustable bed. I did spread it out on our guest room bed for a day, next day I washed it and let it air dry.

Could be thicker/softer
I have a spinal cord injury so this matress pad helped somewhat. For someone with back issues like mine, a thicker cover would have been nice. However, the deep pockets are a great feature.

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed with the services with this order. I ordered this product on Apr 27,2025 I got a confirmation of the order and a tracking number. I never received the product. I called customer service and was bounced around until I was able to talk to a actual person. Upon talking to the rep all they asked was if I wanted to reorder or get a refund. I wanted the product so it was reordered. The rep said I would get a email within 48 hours to check my tracking. I never got an email. I then received a email said my refund was being submitted. I never requested a refund. I called again and it was recommended I got to the store where I placed my order. Once again no help as she looked for the product online and instore. No luck. I got a tracking number but when I pulled the tracking number nothing. No information. As of to date on bed cover and no refund

Hotel collecting King Matress protector
This is my second Hotel Collection matress pad. The 1st on lasted more than 10 years. This new one has full pockets that a soft and supporting .

Ok for a poly fill mattress pad
It’s poly fill…why don’t they just state that, instead of “down alternative?” In any case, the quilting is far too far apart, & thankfully I sew, so I’ll add lines of quilting to it to prevent it from ripping. The thread count is superfluous as I’ll never come into contact with it (it’ll be covered by a fitted sheet).
