Quality of the sheets were unacceptable

I was excited to buy these sheet, I purchased them 12/24, I washed sheets before I used them they felt real nice very smooth & soft. After a few wash’s I noticed on the fitted sheet had pile's. I was really upset so I called Macy’s & explained to the bedding dept what happened she said since I purchased these sheets in 12/24 I could not exchange theses sheets, so I’m stuck with these sheets that I’m not happy with I will never buy these sheets again the hotel collection at Macys I’ll find better sheets else where.

No corner straps

This fitted sheet does not come with corner straps which when making the bed makes it harder to find the corners, and without the corner straps it's possible for the corner to come loose.

NOT SATEEN FINISH WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED

when you take it out of package feels like sateen; so too after you launder it before using although not as much out of dryer. BUT PUT IT ON YOUR BED. NOT sateen at all. very comfortable.
