Macy's sent me the wrong item

I was in a Macy's store and the clerk offered to set up the purchase for a mattress pad for me. She insisted that she knew how to do this and it would be faster than if I did it. She ended up ordering the wrong product.. she ordered a sheet rather than a pad.. or perhaps there was an error in the system.
