The best quality ever!

This set is amazing! I'm extremely picky and very quality and I got what I paid for! I'd buy Hotel Collection over and over again! Next, will be the white Queen set.

Beautiful but heavy

The bedspread is well made, so for that it’s five stars. The problem I have is how heavy it is, and I’m not sure it fits in my washer to wash. So having to take it somewhere else to wash is a big inconvenience. I admit I haven’t washed it, but the wrinkles have not decreased. Another plus, is the color is beautiful.

Disappointed

I waited so long for the Macy’s Hotel Collection Comforter set to go on sale. I had high hopes to redecorate my whole bedroom space. I was so disappointed when it finally arrived. The pillow shams were missing and it smelled like someone slept on it for a few months, then returned it. The smell wasn’t the usual chemical smell that happens with some bedding brands. This was a very distinct body odor smell. Needless to say, it’s in a corner still in the original packaging. I absolutely hate doing returns, such a bother. This will probably end up donated to my nearest shelter.

The review not received was for the duvet allegedly delivered. The comforter is actually beautiful, no complaints. I actually ordered the duvet because the comforter is so nice. Still working with ups on the duvet set.
