Neck Pain

I was so excited to purchase this down pillow. Unfortunately the let down was after 2 nights of neck pain. There is not emough support for the neck so not worth the big bucks spent for the pillow.

Quality down pillows!

I think the king firm pillows are not much denser, then the medium grade as I believe should be heavier with more feathers as I experienced with similar pillows, hotel grade. I’m happy with the purchase but just slightly disappointed that not only are they thinner as not as wide as most king size pillows.

Hotel Collection European White Goose Down Pillow

I just received the Hotel Collection European White Goose Down Pillows King and Firm! OMG they are perfect and we slept so well last night. Comes with a great cotton pillow cover and just a quality pillow! I’m also glad we caught it on a 50 off sale!!!. I would also like to add for those who are missing the wamsutta dream zone line of pillows since they went out of business, this pillow is very close to the feel of those down pillows.

Medium Wegiht

I was sent an old pillow and the Medium weight is not medium but Light. It does not have the same weight and density as another pillow i bought in the store. I want a refund.
