Not as soft as previous one.

I've purchased this duvet cover in the past and loved it. I ordered it again expecting the same duvet cover but this one was not as soft. It is still a heavy weight duvet cover of good quality - but it is not as soft as the previous one. It also smelled terrible when it arrived. I washed it immediately and tossed the packaging because I assumed it would be just like the other one. Unfortunately I cannot return it.

Never received item- terrible customer service

I wish I could review the product but I never received it- Macys sent the package without the street address and told me I need to wait till it is returned to sender (Macys) - then I need to wait an additional 7-10 days for a refund- I can order a new set to be sent but they are now $10 more than when I first ordered them. Very frustrating customer service experience. Not going to reorder.

Excellent bed set

We bought 1 set a few months ago, so we can absolutely give a review after months of use. High quality and smooth soft fabric after many washes. Although only 680 thread count, it feels like our other 800 count sheets of the past. We just ordered 2 additional sets to rotate use. Highly recommended Dr. B

So disappointed!!!

I have bought 4-5 sets of Hotel Collection sheets from Macys over the last few years. They are expensive!! Recently a bottom fitted sheet split horizontally for no reason. Within a few weeks, another bottom fitted sheet split horizontally. My husband was upset! I ordered one more bottom sheet, as we love the brand, but if it happens again, I will no longer purchase this brand . I am very disappointed.

Very Nice Sheets!

I'm very happy with these sheets. They are deep enough to cover my mattress, and are very soft and comfortable. They do have a funky smell when they arrive in their packaging, but it went away after the first washing.
