Pricey, and NOT down like at all. Too firm 4 me.

The medium firmness is like hard. And the down alternative, doesn't feel like a feather pillow at all. I expected them to be much more down like in the fill and to conform to my head better. I moved them into the guest bedroom. Maybe they will like them. These shouldn't be labeled "down alternative"...any fiber fill is an alternative to down. I expect the feel of a down/feather pillow...without the feathers. These are not that.

Hard as a rock

This pillow is very hard and uncomfortable.It made my neck pain much worse. It is so large I had to stuff it into an oversized queen pillowcase. I will be returning it.

Hard as ROCK

Bought the Medium density Hotel Pillow was HARD AS A Rock not comfortable at all this is definetley not Hotel Quality or worth the money. I am returning.

It is not at all like down and is very very firm
