Lacks support

WAY toooo soft. Filter said this was a medium firm.... no way. It's extremely soft. Had a nice inside covering - that's all the good I can say. Returned pillow. A much better pillow for side sleepers is the Therapedic Premier that I do have, & also sold by Macy's. I was looking for something slightly more firm than the Therapedic. Forget this hotel collection pillow.

Very luxurious

I've been using Macy's "SensorGel Cold Touch Gusseted Gel-Infused Memory Foam Pillow - Oversized" since 2020 and loved those pillows. They unfortunately aren't available anymore. I decided to give these Hotel Collection memory foam pillows a try. They're actually quite similar. Same softness but firm, and cooling. They are 6" high so I'm hoping they compress a little. Perfect size for a side sleeper but a little high for a back sleeper, at least for my body. Well made though so I recommend!

Great firm pillow

I tested every pillow in the department and this was the only really firm one. I love it! And I love being able to actually test the pillows before buying one (obviously not something you can do on-line).
