Missing pillow shams

I ordered this product a month ago. I just opened it this evening and I called customer service so let them know that when I open the package, the duvet covers there, but the two pillow shims are missing the customer service representative that is outside of the United States and said there was nothing I can do because the order had expired so the amount of money that we invested into a product we should be able to have all the pieces that we paid for I feel that this policy is not correct and I also feel that I’ve been disrespected. No one wants to help resolve this problem. The item has issues. It’s an incomplete set. Why can’t I just get help Sincerely, disappointed.

Must have sheets

These sheets are soft, luxurious, and beautifully detailed. They are definitely a step above your average sheet and even better than what you’ll find in most hotels, I have the king size and the pillowcases fit my king size pillows, perfectly. The embroidery detail is a very nice touch as well.

Beautiful and soft but wrinkles

The sheets are so soft and they feel wonderful against the skin. They are thick enough to keep you warm but thin enough to keep you cool. They are the perfect thickness. I love them. The only issue I have with them is that they wrinkle really bad. Everything else is perfect.

Awesome King size spread and High quality set

This duvet cover is SO soft!!!! The fabric feels great on the body and is cool throughout the summer nights. Beautiful pattern around the sizes of the cover and shams. Very high quality and very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Nice feel! A little see through.

The quality of the set is very nice. The material is soft and smooth and feels of quality. My only issue is that the material is see through, so any colors on your pillows, and the tag (see photo) show through. Overall I think it’s a very nice set, you just have to be conscious of what pillows and comforter you use.
