Disappointed customer

I bought two of these in separate orders. The first one was fine, except for the strong floral odor. I wish Macy’s would discontinue this for fragrance sensitive customers. I had to air it out for a few days before I could use it on my bed. The second one was more disappointing. It arrived with no shams and it appeared to have been washed (the chenille was very crinkled. It had a strong odor that was not floral; more like musty storage! I took it to the cleaners to see if they can improve the appearance and remove the odor. Hopefully it will be better. Macy’s charged me less for the second one and I initially didn’t know why until I saw what was in the package. I couldn’t return it because I no longer have the receipt. I wish they would have pulled this one from sale — it appears someone bought it before and returned it. Disappointing!

Beautiful bedding set

Very well-made set. Very soft and luxurious look and feel. Just heavy enough to be comfortable on the colder nights, but not so bulky as to be hot or uncomfortable in the warmer season.
