Hotel Collection Turkish Washcloths.

Have used these wash clothes for the past 25 years. Love the Macy’s Hotel Collection. Love these thick wash cloths. Wash my face every morning and before bed using these to rinse with. I use a fresh one every day. Soft! Even given as a wedding gift to my niece!

Loyal to Hotel Collection - bad towels

I only buy Hotel Collection sheets and towels and have for the past 10 years. The quality has gone down. After about 4 months, these towels became very rough and lost their softness. For the cost per item, I expected them to last much longer

These go fast

I bought 3 bath tub mats and when I decided to buy a couple more I saw that they were already sold out. This is not surprising because the Turkish line from Hotel Collection is the best on the market.

Wrong order shipped to

My online order has yet to be received. I received someone else’s order addressed to me. Customer service with broken English. Who knows if I will receive. I’m not sure why I’m getting a “share your thoughts” since I did not receive my online order? Will not be shopping at Macy’s.

Great quality but wanted softer towels

Could be softer. These are reliable towels. We got them for our wedding & had been using a set for a few years. They’ve held up just fine. I purchased these on sale and purchased a competitor brand at the same time. The softness of the other brand was too good to pass up. I ended up returning these. There was no comparison. I wanted spa cozy softness and even a brand new set of these wasn’t nearly soft enough.
