Worst Hotel Collection product by Macys

I've long been a loyal fan of Macy’s Hotel Collection products, but this recent purchase has been a complete disappointment. I ordered the towels in January 2025, and they've damaged numerous clothes by leaving excessive lint. Even after four months, I spent over an hour yesterday trying to remove it. When I called Macy’s customer service to explain the situation, the representative repeatedly emphasized that the return window had passed—and even laughed at me while I was describing my experience. It was not only dismissive but felt downright insulting. This was my first time raising such an issue, and unfortunately, it turned into the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Please don't buy Hotel Collection by Macy's. Even one star is too much.
