Good product is very good qualtity

It can self balance and carry up to 220 pounds. I have tried it and have gotten the hang of it in few tries. Very good product.

Poor C/S and no ownership of issue

Unit hasn’t worked out of the box; no calibration and doesn’t move at all. Constant beeping and flashing lights. Took four days and repeated requests on social media to get a response. Unit finally stopped beeping when battery died and now they want me to recharge it to take a video of the issue.Then listen to the crazy beeping again.

Great

My kid doesn’t get off but I would like to recommend a different charging port as the teeth in it are easily bent and almost ruined after having for 1 day. I can’t even let my kid charge it himself bc he can’t line the teeth up. Really need to look into that.
