Disappointed HP Purchaser

Very disappointing experience . I purchased the Desktop, online with HP, and it duly arrived but, it then would not work . Phone calls, emails, broken promises incl “ we do not have a replacement to send you” , has ended a 15 year relationship ship with HP. We have brought a Lenovo..better price incidentally , and it is performing beautifully. HP…you did everything possible to lose our loyalty…your communications were poor and at no stage did we have any confidence you would fix “your “ problem. David McL, Auckland NZ
