I'm very disappointed with the service

The experience I have is very bad, the bag is ugliest thing I've seen, I just went to return it at one of your store and they told me that it can't be return, so walk away leaving it on the customer service counter, that bag can't be used for no event.

Perfect bag for me

This purse is just the right size and will hold much more than a cell phone and tissue! It's a nice purse for work or an evening out. It can be used as a shoulder bag or carried by the shorter handle which makes it very convenient. The weight is perfect and I like the secure metal clasp.
