Wrong size received

Macy's shipped size Medium instead of Small on FINAL SALE item where there are no refunds. They should have immediately cancelled the sale if the item was out of stock and credited my credit card.

Elegant Cargos

Fabric upgrade to a blue collar style ups the ante. My legs are too short for their length even with heels, but I don't hold that against the garment!
