Quality of sizing is poor

I have loved this style for years and purchased two previous pairs. Sadly, I had to return this pair because the sizing has been completely changed and the waist was horribly tight. Please stop messing with sizes and just replicate the jeans in new designs with the same measurements as before.

Poor fitting

After purchasing in another color, ordered the same size, style and brand. When it arrived half of the tag was torn off and missing…couldn’t even pull over my hips. Appears to have already been returned by someone else. Should be a 2nd, and not be resold.

SIZING ISSUE AND NOT THE SAME JEANS

Two years ago I bought these jeans in a size 10 which I am still wearing and they still fit. 5 months ago I reordered from that same order in a size 12. They were so tight I couldn’t get them past my thighs. This past week, I thought I’d give them a try again thinking maybe they were just mis sized. I decided to try size 14. Again, they were so tight I could barely get them up over my abdomen. I ordered a 16! (Going from Size 10 to 16 ???). They fit in the waist but the rise was too high and the legs were huge! In studying these pants I measured them against my size 10. The Size 14 were wider in the waist against the 10, but they were WAY too tight. I came to the conclusion that the elastic used now is way thicker and heavier and does not give like the old ones do, and the Jean fabric is also thicker and heavier. I’m so disappointed because these are the best fitting jeans I’ve had in many years and I get so many compliments. Why do manufacturers ruin a good thing?

Wanted to love them

These are quality material, but quality control is obviously lacking at the manufacturing level. Two pair in the same size, one fit, but would not have after washing, and the other were so small I couldn't even get them on. These might have been my favorite casual pants had I been able to get them to fit.
