I just can’t win buying jeans!

I was hoping these could be dress jeans for me . I’m 5’ 1 3/4” and the waist came over my breasts!

Not true to size

These jeans are definitely not sized properly. I have bought INC jeans at Macy’s years ago in both a size 16 &14. The 16s I just received are 4 to 6 inches smaller in the waist and the 14 when compared with the14s I have are equally as small. How is anyone going to buy these? Someone who normally wears a 12 would probably just manage to get into a 16. Will never order anything made exclusively for Macys.
