Did not pickup - site is showing as picked up

The store arrival date changed so I had to purchase another pair of shoes to attend to an event. Disappointed with now seeing the item showing as picked up from the store instead of a refund for not picking it up. I need Macy’s to refund me my money as soon as possible.
