The worst Pants fabric Ever Dont buy this

I bought this in dark blue size 4 petite. This is the worst pants fabric ever! I washed it cold water and wore it, it kept stretching to point where I was keep pulling up the pants. It became so loose it wasn't even funny. I bought this pants for work, I cannot wear it I have to throw it away. Also stiching at the hem of the pants are crinkly! And when I washed it it stretched so big it looked like size 14 not 4 petite! I am throwing away money for buying this pants. This is worst pants ever!!!
