Disappointed

Perfect Comfoter

lightweight down alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved everything I have gotten so far but was disappointed in this comforter. The fill is already bunching up in several places and I cannot get it smooth. I have not yet washed it but am afraid it will be much worse. I really like the weight and needed a solid white for layering.

Beautiful

I wanted a soft easy to handle comforter and this is just so soft and not bulky even after washing it and it fits perfectly not like other comforters that are to short or way too wide. Loved it

Macys Customer Service

I recently placed an online order with Macy's on 4/12/2025. The order was broken down into several shipments. All of the items but one arrived. When checking with the shipper UPS it showed the item arrived at one of their Depots on 4/16/2025, then activity stopped. I contacted UPS and they advised that they consider the item lost and I would need to contact Macy's. I then contacted Macy's Customer service and spoke with someone obviously in another country. After relaying what had happened I was advised that they could only act after 10 days, regardless of what UPS said. If I still wanted the item, or cancel it I had to wait ten days.
