Nice Design, But.....

Very nice design, although the comforter could have been thicker and come in a zipper bag for storage . It is impossible to repack the comforter in the small sack in came in.

Macys sent wrong item

I did not receive my correct item to review. I was told that they would ship me the correct item without waiting for the return. That was incorrect. I shipped back the incorrect, wrong pattern, wrong size duvet cover yesterday. I called today and they still will not ship my correct item until they get back the product( they have no clue what they sent) they wrongly shipped. The customer service reps give a different answer every time. I think it sad that they make a mistake and it is my fault and I have to go out of my way to return the wrong item and provide my own shipping box. Just frustrating.
