Too big and firm for sleeping

These pillows are far too big for sleep. If you want pillows for sitting up in bed and watching tv, these are the ones.

No returns to Macy’s on this item!

The pillow says Down Alternative on Macy’s website but when it arrived there was nothing on the box or the pillow that indicated this. Also no returns at a Macy’s store since it is a 3rd party seller. I contacted the seller and they neglected to respond to me. And this exact pillow is sold at Walmart and Target for a lesser cost which was disturbing.
