Best costumer service!

I havent use th dinnerwear yet, but they seem resistant. One of my orders arrived with broken pieces but I contacted Macys costumer service and they replaced it.

Simply Lovely Dishes

Perfect white plates and bowls. My husband loves the small bowls for small snacks. I love the smallest bowls as prep bowls. The set is sturdy, dishwasher strong and perfect for casual and formal dining. I purchased device for 12 and am pleased. I would recommend the dishes.

partial damage

I received this set of dishes and all pieces arrived intact but ONE bowl. I would like to get a replacement bowl but there's no place on the site to ask about that nor is there a pone number for me to contact customer service. I don't know what to do? Send it all back? Why can't I reach a person to help me? Will someone contact me?
