Would not recommend

Not pleased with this fitness watch. It does not seem to be accurate or even record many features that it supposedly should. Also only stays charged for 48 hours at the most and not 6 days like it says.

Not as good as the previous model

There was nothing good about this smartwatch. To start, there was no little booklet inside to help me set it up. It doesn't hold a charge at all. Definitely way off of step count. The final straw was when the band came off and it took me 20 minutes of maneuvering, cramming and swearing to get it back in. I had an iTouch Air SE for a few years - as a matter of fact, I dug it out and have it on now. The only reason I replaced it was because I was unable to find replacement bands for it. I would rather tape up the old one's band than deal with the new one. Grateful that Macy's would take it back.

Connects with iPhone

I unfortunately have had trouble with other itouch smart watch models connecting with my iPhone via Bluetooth. The phone could be right next to the watch & it just couldn’t find it. With this watch, I was finally able to connect my iPhone to my smartwatch. The search function still had trouble but an alternative way of connecting was provided that did work. There is a QR code on one of the phone screens that you can scan with your phone & that will let you connect. After the watch is connected, a screen will pop up on the watch to update the watch’s firmware. I did this with no issue. Lots of new options were made available in the app. Only suggestion, charge phone & watch to 100% before pairing, updating firmware & setting up settings & you’ll be golden.

Been using for years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea my husband had been using this for years when I asked him if I could borrow it one day so that I could track how much ground I’m covering on my daily walk. Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

Works great

Great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is comfortable & easy to set up with your phone. It keeps charge for 48 hours easily & I just pop on the charger overnight and it's ready to go the next day. It has many features, including tracking steps and message & call previews.
