Charged and never shipped

They charged me for this and never shipped it. Nice. Merry Christmas.

Never received item

I never received my item and was told it would be re shipped out to me and also that the third party company would also contact me and no one ever did . This was poorly handled and very upsetting at the fact I never received the merchandise without an explanation as to even why??
