Right stopped working
I just got these fore christmas and after just 2 weeks the right side wont make any sound wont get into pairing mode and wont go in the talk thru mode just wont work like the left side. This started when I went to clean them.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Live Free 2 TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Battery life.
I got these about 3 weeks ago. They sound fine and are easy to pair, but the battery life is about half of what is advertised. I have been getting 3.5 to 4 hours on a charge.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Live Free 2 TWS, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If this does not resolve the issue, you may contact our customer support.

great audio but,,
great audio and confront, the multipoint connection sucks, nothing beats their sound and the call quality on both ends but nothing beats the utility and premium feel of the JLABS PRO

Horrible battery life
After around 2-3 months battery life went down to 2-3 hours. After 6 months I got around 1 hour. Current closer to a year later they won’t even hold a charge for 1 hour. One of the earbuds will always drain faster. I bought a pair of beats to replace the jbl. I also have I’ll wireless speakers that did the exact same thing. From what I’ve seen now jbl has horrible batteries in general.

In addition, the battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Battery dead after just 1.5 years
The earbuds worked well and I liked them initially. However, after just 1.5 years, the battery drains so quickly that even with a full charge, they barely last half an hour. What's the point of buying a branded product if it's not built to last?

They're ok..
Already disappointed in these. Most of the features are great but when using only one earbud at a time it disables the majority of the functionality. You can't even adjust the noise cancelling which leads to significantly higher battery consumption. Coming from the old Samsung Buds+ these JBLs have left me wanting.

great sound
The sound is great but have a hard time getting a good fit in my ear. Probably just my ear but have a hard time getting it to seal in my ear. I activate everything trying to put them in my ear as well. Once installed they are great.
