condition really bad

This is my 5th pair of heels I order from this website and I have to return them back. When I receive my orders, first of all the boxing is really bad, it seems like this shoes are returns or display shoes. Really bad condition missing jewels and dark stains on shoe. Really bad experience ordering on line.

Looks are deceiving

The shoe is nice and elegant no doubt about it. But my goodness the front strap hurts! Wore the shoe no more than 30 min. I want my money back !!!!!

Ankle straps

The show was very pretty but the straps around the ankles did not fit right it was loose no matter how tight you made them. It just needed more ankle support.
