Stolen Merchandise and Money!

Received an email my shipment was delivered! Rushed home to retrieve my Jimmy Choo and to my surprise the order was not on my porch! I Immediately called Macy’s customer service to report my missing shipment! I spoke to Sandra with Macy’s in the Philippians. This perfume is and was expensive. Some porch pirate is smelling good! I received an email from Macy’s advising they will not be replacing my perfume! 😭😭😭 I received a second email stating things are going to stand! My shipment and no parts of my order will be replaced! Not only did the thieves get Macy’s robbed me too! I will no longer be a valued customer of Macy’s! Thank you! 😭
