Shipping Issues

I wish I could say that I loved this top, unfortunately, I never received it along with another top. I have been having issues lately ordering online and it either taking very very long to receive the items, or they never ship. I have had to make phone calls to Macys to find out what happens with my shipments. This time they explained it looks like it did not ship out and the items are no longer available to order. If items are no longer available to ship, I should be notified right away, but that has not been the case.

Terrible color. More brownish-brick red and not true red.
